EICMA 2007 - Bicycle Show in Milan-From November 08 2007 to November 11 2007

30,000 m² of open space dedicated to the world of bicycling means the most important exhibition in the sector for both the industry and users. This is EICMA 2007, the International Cycling Exposition, which is will be held from 8 to 11 November 2007 in pavilions 14, 16 and 18 of the new Fiera di Milano in Rho

The new Fiera has large outdoor spaces that will be used to supplement the exhibits with a long series of performance and sports initiatives: free styling, dirt jumping, flatland, fitness races and an MTB school.

Exhibit at Palazzo Reale: Arte Italiana (Italian Art) 1968 - 2007-From July 13 2007 to November 11 2007

A passionate and different reconstruction of painting in Italy during the last forty years, this is the exhibit entitled ?Arte Italiana 1968 - 2007 Pittura (Italian Art 1968 ? 2007 Painting)", created by Vittorio Sgarbi, in Milan at Palazzo Reale.

The exhibit combines more than 200 works by Italian artists from 1968 up until today, documenting the evolution of the aesthetic taste and spirit, from Pop Art, toAnachronism, to Transvanguard and to Nuovi Nuovi (modern art), to the Medialisti (medialists), to theOfficina Milanese, to the Scuola Siciliana e Torinese (Sicilian and Torinese Schools), up until the re-birth of new painting between the nineties and the new millennium. Not only a political gulf, but also a cultural and aesthetic one, 1968 represents the symbol of the fall of ideologies, but also of the ideas unanimously shared regarding the sense of beauty in art and the breaking of expressive codes.

The great loners are present as well, from Gnoli to Clerici, from Guccione to Ferroni, but also lesser known painters such as Adelchi Riccardo Mantovani, Gustavo Foppiani, Lino Frongia, Andrea Martinelli and many others frequently isolated and kept out of the limelight compared to the dominant figures of the last decade.
